The activities are classified in the field of active tourism and adventure sports, there is a potential risk derived from their own nature. The client must assume the existence of this risk. The guides and technicians have the preparation and experience appropriate to the activity they carry out. Following their instructions and guidelines depends, to a large extent, on safety during the activity.
- To participate in water activities it is essential to know how to swim. Minors must have authorization or be accompanied by a responsible person.
- Participants have the obligation to inform about possible states of pregnancy, paraplegia, cardiovascular diseases, allergies or any state that may affect their ability to react during the activity. They also agree not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs and/or narcotics.
- The company may carry out a preliminary test and reserves the right of admission to all organized activities.
- Any decision made by the guide during the development of the activity, in relation to their safety, will have to be respected by the client, otherwise, the guide may cancel the activity, without the right to a refund of the amount paid.
- Kayak Javea reserves the right to modify the program of activities, totally or partially, if it is for reasons beyond its control (weather, adverse conditions), the clients having no other right than the refund of the amount paid.
- A minimum of 4 people is required to carry out the excursion. If it is canceled because this minimum is not reached, you will be offered another date or a full refund of the amount paid.
- The participant must be clear that in the event of an accident and the cause of it was the violation of the rules and instructions of the monitor-guide, the organizing company will not be responsible for any damages that the participant may have caused. , as much in the private property, as to third parties or to himself.

- Clients will receive a full refund in case of cancellation with a notice of up to 48 hours before the activity. This amount will not be refunded if canceled within 48 hours prior to the start of the activity. Clients will also receive a full refund in the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of not showing up for the activity or in case of suspending the activity once it has started, for security reasons or meteorological impossibility, the amount paid cannot be demanded and the amount will be paid in full.
- The photos that the company takes during the activity are property of the company, being able to use them without identifying the people. These photos are free for the client and will be delivered at the client's request within a maximum period of 15 days.
